Our systems are developed using Visual Basic with ASP (Active Server Pages) and Microsoft Access Database. The code is not compiled so any programmer with VB, ASAP and Database skills can adjust and modify the code as desired. This is an important feature because many solutions providers use open source code (PHP, PERL etc. ) but do not create documentation that can be followed. In many cases, the programming code is compiled which means you MUST continue to use the programmer(s) who developed your solution. Our goal is to create a solution that works for you today and gives you the option of how the solution will change with your business needs and whom you select to make those changes.
Our systems provide extensive, web based system adminsitration tools that allow non-programmer personnel to create, edit and delete web pages. Additionally, the control panel interface provides inventory management, store controls, CRM management and special features as determined by your solution design requirements. The control panel features are deployed with all of our web solutions and provide easy to use and understand interfaces. Primary mamagement tools within the control panel provide "Help" links for explanations and directions on using the functions.
Our systems offer built-in Newletter sign-up features that capture customer contact data that is stored in addition to Web Store customer contact data. We also deploy various registration forms for pre-defined user groups. All data is stored in the system and can be segmented by various group designations. The built-in e-mail broadcaster can be used for multiple group mail broadcasts and sends both text and HTML e-mail formats. Additionally, the system is pre-configured to export e-mail lists, customer billing addresses and customer shipping addresses in .csv format for use with pre-existing CRM management applications.
Our system is pre-configured to integrate with shipping services provided by USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. This features allows for real time calculations of shipping costs for items included in a specific online shopping cart purchase. Our system provides Shipping Address export features for use with third party Shipping interfaces for calculating and printing postage labels.
Our system is pre-configured to integrate with internet transaction gateways for real time online purchases. We currently integrate with Pay Pal Accounts, Pay Pal Merchant Accounts, Authorizenet, Link Point, Bank of America, Concord EFS Net, ION Gate, eWay, Merchant Commerce, Net 1, Paymentech, Skip Jack, Tellus Pay, Verisign Payflow Pro, Verisgn Payflow Link and Q Check.
Our system will also export data in .CSV format for use with various applications. Additionally, our system can be integrated QucikBooks Pro.
