Magnum offers a variety of tiered 1 Year Support Agreements. All Magnum Solutions include 30 days of free support from the day of deployment. Normal pay-as-you-go labor rates are $75.00/Hr. Support Agreements provide pre-paid hourly labor and enhanced response and services at an effective rate of $50.00/Hr.
